Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By engaging CG Trends, you agree to the terms of our creative and branding services. All scopes of work will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, full intellectual property rights for the finalized assets are transferred to the client. CG Trends retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

3. Payment Policy

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before the final delivery of assets.

4. Revision Policy

Each project includes a standard of two rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated in the SOW. Additional revisions will be billed at our hourly rate.

5. Limitation of Liability

CG Trends is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our creative work once delivered.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy and confidential information of our clients and will not disclose project details without prior consent.

7. Communication Consent

By accepting the Terms and Conditions of our platform, you expressly consent to our collection and use of your personal data, specifically your phone number, for the purpose of contacting you through phone calls, IVR and RCS messaging. These calls and messages may be made to remind you of any relevant updates, activities, or information regarding your account, as well as to inform you about new offers, promotions, or updates related to our platform and services. You acknowledge and agree that we may use your phone number to provide these communications and understand that this is a necessary part of your engagement with our platform. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by contacting our support team or following the opt-out instructions provided in any communication. However, opting out of promotional calls will not affect non-promotional or service-related communications that are essential to your use of the platform.
